The inner-most region within the burgeoning metropolis known as Anaheim. Resembling a twenty-first century Tokyo, Anaheim is nothing far from absolutely breathtaking. The advanced technology and modern architecture of the city can be found as far as the eye can see. In Central Anaheim, you can find the headquarters of not only the Anaheim Protection Forces, but the Scepter Forces as well. Young Espers often move out from other parts of the city in order to join their respective organizations, receiving training and often attending the Anaheim Junior Academy.
Anaheim's central academy. Extremely comparable to a twenty-first century high school; the Anaheim Junior Academy holds teenagers from ages as low as 13 up to 19 within its campus. Being the only school in the city to have an Esper program, many young Espers come to this school in order to learn about their kind and perfect their powers.
Also known as Anaheim's underground city; The Underworld is a system of linked sub-subterranean spaces. It consists of living places, shopping areas, drainage channels, and the city's metro. However, it has since been made off limits to the public after the Apaths had seized control of it.
In a large city like Anaheim, long distance communication is key. You can find people browsing the internet, sending a text or instant message, or perhaps even calling someone up on the phone at any given moment of the day.
