Just a simple patch update. Things that have changed:
All but the last link are must reads! Thank you everyone.
- Active Artes buff values have been decreased.
- Level system rework.
- Stats info thread changed to "Stats and Combat" thread. Combat on Zeta further elaborated on.
- Various small details added to Premise thread.
