A seemingly self-contradictory guy, Peter can be summed up as "an extremely jolly nihilist", and generally a really chill and cool guy. He can be sort of sarcastic at worst when angered (which is kinda tricky to do) and generally just goes with the flow of life without really questioning where fate would be taking him. This leads him to being impulsive and often quite odd by most people's standards, some who are more easily unnerved might even find him slightly zombie- or doll-like in body language, just adding to his oddness, though some may find this endearing. He also has a deep interest in theology and the occult, as well as other general teenager interests like video games and anime and all that good stuff.

Peter had a deceptively cruel childhood compared to his current outlook, his father was an extremely minor, almost guaranteed to be forgotten in a few years politician, and his mother was a D-list actress. At first his life was rather nice, although his parents were distant at best, he was spoiled to a fault, that was until one fateful day soon after he turned seven years old.

On that day, he had received word of his parents being in a dreadful car accident that cost them their lives, to which he... didn't really react... Most believed at first that he just didn't understand the situation, however

when he finally spoke up, he just said "Oh... Does that mean I have to go to an orphanage now? Like in that one old movie?" and gave an innocent smile. When questioned further, he replied "Why should I be sad about something I can't change?" which all involved agreed was surprisingly profound for his age.

Of course, he was right in that he was being sent to an orphanage, and there he was generally pretty alone, keeping to himself, and other kids there generally just didn't like the feel he gave off. His glassy eyes and just-a-bit-too-calm attitude unnerving them. He had a mostly normal childhood at that point, until he had a chance run-in with a member of Scepter who seemed to think of himself as some kind of comic book babyface superhero, having seen him and a few others taking down an overconfident Apath who came to the surface for one reason or another. Peter was so impressed and inspired by the hammy and downright odd man's behaviour that he imitated a few of the hand movements the did, just to see if it would work. Spoiler alert: It did, almost taking one of the man's teammate's ears off with a knife he had suddenly spawned from thin air and launched into a wall. This impressed the over-the-top man, seemingly the leader of the little squad, who pointed him to the Scepter headquarters if he ever wanted to put that power to use (and also not get taken in for endangerment by not signing up), which he promptly and excitedly did. Life just kinda went on from there as usual, except now he could pull swords out of thin air like some kinda anime character. Yay!
