Raised in the Underworld, Takeshi never really knew what privilege meant. All he knew was "run from or fight the trouble". His family lived off of very low income which led to Takeshi's slim features due to the constant lack of food. His mother ended up sick on his sixth birthday and his father disappeared when he was about to turn nine years old. He ended up fending for himself and had two mouths to feed most of time when Daddy had a sudden bye bye without any answers to Takeshi's questions. He spent next few years being a thief and a fighter in the Underworld. [break][break]
One day when he came back to his run-down, dirty room he called home, he found his mother on the floor bleeding out with a stab at her chest knowing that the area the murderer stabbed was the heart. [break][break]
He couldn't take it anymore... [break][break]
After much planning since the Underworld exit didn't seem very welcoming to anyone trying to break out, the young boy rushed towards the opening. It was right then he would come face to face with an Apath. Seeing the Apath's cynical figure brought him flashbacks of seeing his mother dead and has brought him into extreme rage. It was right then, he realized that he wasn't some regular human being like his mother has always said. Few minutes flashed through like a second and he found himself stabbing his enemy with a glowing sword-like weapon in his hand. Without thinking much, Takeshi ran away from the now-dead monster as fast as his legs could take him and blacked out. [break][break]

The boy woke up from the darkness and saw a sight he's seen before but wasn't very familiar with. He has finally brought himself out of darkness and into the light that his family has believed he'd never see again. He woke up with a young woman next to his bed smiling with a face warmer than any heat he has felt. He was age eleven when he finally broke out of the Apath homeland and has reached a place he called a blessing. [break][break]
After much education put into his tiny brain, his caretaker, who called herself Sachi Akagi, enrolled Takeshi Akagi into Anaheim Junior Academy when he turned fifteen.
