It was the start to a new day and a new semester. Arose straightened his tie. There had been many issues that plagued the school over the years. And with his perfect speech Arose was going to take care of them all. No longer would giving googly eyes at each other in hallways be accepted! No longer would people be allowed to sleep in class! And first and foremost! No longer would people be allowed to hold hands in the hallways. Arose had set up quite the spectacle. In the courtyard, there was a large makeshift stage. On either side, the school band stood ready and awaiting the order. As the clock struck time, confetti and balloons rained down onto the crowd of students that had gathered as the trumpets played Arose in. After a short prelude, Arose made his way onto the stage feeling very triumphant. As he placed his hands onto the podium before him, the music died down.
"Hello everybody and welcome back to another semester at Anaheim Academy! I'd like to thank everybody for coming out. I'm sure everyone is excited for a new year at school, but there are a few ground rules I'd like to go over. Our school has been plagued with quite a few violations in the rules for the past few years. First, I'd like to say no smoking, drinking, or drugs on the campus! The rooftop is also forbidden since the splash down incident of last year. Oh by uh splash down, I'm referring to when a couple Senior's dropped water balloons on people's heads. And uh, now for the one in my opinion that causes the most problems. No public displays of affection, or PDA! That means no hugging, no hand holding, and by god the worst thing any of you could do, no kissing! Not until all of you are at least 50!"
The man shouted into the microphone feeling very pleased with himself.
